CardCon
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
CardCon is a RogueLike Deck-building game heavily inspired by my visit to Exilecon.
CardCon is intended to be 30-45 minutes long. You, as a CardCon attendee will build a deck, fight monsters and attempt to defeat the four guardians before finally facing The Eldritch Horror, all within the 2 day time limit.
The game is currently early access. Over time I will be adding more to CardCon including a trading NPC, character classes, more cards and achievements.

The game really brings you in as soon as you start playing and seems easy to play but hard to master (love a good challenge) but its best aspect is that it's just plain fun and changes every time you play. Looking forward to the updates you mentioned - great job man

k i guess it was my 7 letter password with no characters or capitals that was the issue, very odd to have such a restriction on something so unimportant, and even more odd to not give a better error
Hey Ben, Glad you got it working. Sorry I thought I had validation on the password box. I'll get it in.
unfortunately the otherwise helpful tool I'm using for leaderboard and character creation doesn't give me a useable feedback to pass to the user, so i'm having to guess and what's gone wrong.

wont let me logon and password reset does nothing, most annoying
Unfortunately the registration is not related to itch.io it's platform independent. (i.e. you'll have to register with the game, separate to the purchase of the game of itch.io)
I'll see if I can make that a bit clearer in game.
tried to register, and it says cant, and that i probably already have an account lol
I can't see your account name registered. The email address has to have a normal format (i.e. xyz@something.com) and the password has to be a certain length. If you're still running into trouble and you're interested in trying to make sure you can register please reach out again and I'll fault find. Otherwise you can play the game without signing in. (it's just to capture leaderboard names for now).
